Well, here, if I hack resolv2 with a text editor, the stack picks it
up immediately and starts going to the new server.

I think the stack I'm using here (tcpip 4.3 for OS/2) looks at the
file every time it needs to resolve a name.

John, there is a defined api for getting host names resolved...
sockgethostbyname, IIRC. I'm sure that Moz is using that.
