It would help others if you had mentioned which items on that site
caused you to ask your question.

Looking at that site with a recent Mozilla (trunk build) and with
a recent Netscape 4.61, all the differences I noticed were "cosmetic"
and did not affect my interpretation of the *content* of that site.

The Mozilla I used *does* provide lots of controls of "appearance":

 - The background color I have specified in my Mozilla preferences
does not exactly match the background color I have specified in
my Netscape preferences. That's one difference in "show".

 - Mozilla interprets the font specifications of the site differently
(and presumably more faithfully) than Netscape. That's another
difference in "how the pages are shown".

 - I have specified *minimum* font sizes in my Mozilla preferences.
Presumably because of this, the small text on the site was more
readable in Mozilla than in Netscape. Another "show" difference.

 - I have unchecked "allow opening of unrequested windows" in Mozilla
preferences. Netscape *did* open an unsolicited advertisement.
Again, a difference in "how the pages are shown".

The difference was MUCH more obvious when I looked at that site with
Netscape 4.04. Briefly, the logic in Netscape 4.04 regarding fonts
and regarding columns of text appears to be MUCH INFERIOR to that of
Mozilla.
