Why does Mozilla need a minimum of at least 108kB of local HD cache
        user_pref("browser.cache.disk.capacity", 108);
even tough there are 5 MB of memory cache available
        user_pref("browser.cache.memory.capacity", 5120);
to make Mozilla 'Save page as...' or 'Ctr-S' as webpage like
        http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2039821915
?
Having this set to only 50kB HD cache caused the trouble.
