That's not a problem within Mozilla, but of the configuration of the
WPS. You need to open the program object that starts Mozilla and add
some associations:
filters: *.html, *.htm and what else you like
file types: text/html, HTML
You can also use the Association Editor (should be on Hobbes something
like assoed) to do that.
