"The operation timed out when attempting to contact
service.boulder.ibm.com" comes up in modal dialog about as often as not
at ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/*. I've clicked
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/software/ repeatedly without ever getting
past this modal. Others work, but not necessarily on the first try. Many
do.
2.02 gets through first time every time on the same links. What's going
on here?
