I'm new to Mozilla, installed Build 200207916 a couple weeks ago (duh) and am very pleased with it. I'd like to update the builds, but need to move my profile out of the directory I installed Mozilla in before I do so, to save myself the trouble of restoring preferences, etc.
However, after going through a few dozen messages here and on other OS/2 ngs, I still don't have a very good idea of what needs to be done or the proper order; I see lots of conflicting responses. So: I've got that build of Mozilla installed in M:\mozilla. I'd like to store my prefs in M:\mozprefs so when I install new builds I can just delete the old stuff from M:\mozilla and reinstall in there without deleting my prefs....
