Netscape 6.2 Rollover Issue

Hi,

It seems that my rollovers flicker really badly when I view it in 
Netscape 6.2 on a PC.  It works fine on IE and netscape 4.7


Is this just a netscape 6.2 bug? or is there some way to fix this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
