I have no idea whether this is related or not. I can't provide a
recreate scenario either. In both trunks 2002080908 and 2002080808 it
happened once each, and never happened before. The only thing the mouse
will do once it starts, is move the scrollbar or select the exit box to
close it. Can't click links, can't click tabs, and can't click toolbar
or menu items. All keyboard functions continue to work, including
Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn to change tabs, and the mouse will select and function
with other apps, but not the Mozilla browser. Last page loaded before
