Not sure why you think this has to do with W3C and Java, but I think
there is not enough demand for a Links menu in the general release.
And at least I do not want Mike to include something like that as
default...
If someone has the time to find out how to do this (I don't), he could
still post a recipe here for others to add it to their browser by
themself.
