OK, I found it. We tried a new packaging script and I obviously didn't test it very well. We're going to fix that issue.
So the good news is that for anyone that has already downloaded the 1.1 I put up yesterday, it's just a matter of laying down two new files which I will make available shortly when ftp.software.ibm.com is back up. I am not going to put a new 1.1 up immediately because I'd like to make sure that these two files fix the problems. Thanks for your patience. Mike Kaply
