The only preferences panel on which I see mention of Javascript
is the Advanced -> Scripts&Plugins panel. On that panel, in
the rectangle labeled 'Enable JavaScript for:', I have a
checkmark present within the checkbox for 'Navigator'.

In a separate e-mail, you suggested I run chkdll32 against the
npnulos2.dll that comes with the Mozilla package. I did, and
found that this npnulos2.dll module calls cpprmi36.dll
There is __no__ CPPRMI36.DLL anywhere in my system.

p.s. I did not see an answer regarding platform-forms.css -- Are we
supposed to be using the one with 'select' commented out (as
in the newest 1.1.zip) or the other one (as in 1.1.fix.zip) ?
