I could. I did register and tried to do so, but got stuck in an 
exceedingly messy page intended to search for bugs; I saw no way to 
actually report a bug. You would not believe how much I have on my 
plate, things that ought to be done and are not getting done. I do not
think studying the bug-reporting scheme well enough to use it is a 
good use of my increasingly overcommitted time or frazzled nerves. I 
sincerely hope that somebody will report the bug; perhaps you could do
it.
