Could you please provide us with a recreatable scenario? What is the Japanese message? Does this fail for all Japanese messages, or just this particular one? What is the error message you get? What type of printer are you using? Which printer driver? What options do you have specified to the printer? Information like this would help us fix this problem. Also, if the Japanese message is personal for whatever reason, and you do not wish to put it on the newsgroups, then feel free to email it to us.
