Closing down a 1.1 -turbo session is not working correctly. When I
close the last windowed session and then click on a Mozilla -kill
object, the -turbo session goes through its entire controlled crash
reload process before the session finally gets killed. On my PIII 450
system, this represents about a 30 second period of high CPU and disk
usage. Then, if I want to open up a new Mozilla session I have to wait
another 30 seconds for it all to reload.

I doubt that this is the intended behavior of the turbo funciton. FWIW,
I had zero problems with the way it used to work.
