I've held the printer and held the output so I can examine it (I'll send it to you if you'd like to take a look). About 99% of this 380KB spool meta file is binary zeroes.
Opening the file as "Job Content" shows a large *white* space in the middle with the Mozilla header and footer. I switched the driver from Pattern Mode Opaque to Transparent, this made no difference, and switched Moz to Print Background (colors & images) which also made no difference.
