I have had intermittent problems with the "New Mail" icon in warpcenter.
After a while, clicking on the icon doesn't do anything (i.e bring the
mail window to focus), even though mozilla is running. It seems to
happen when the Kill List (Ctrl-Tasklist on warpcenter) lists "Mozilla
(Buffer Creator)". I assumed this was some Java app started by mozilla,
but have since discounted that theory. So what is "Buffer Creator"?
