Apparently I was exulting too early :-(
The URL-problem still exits. I just confirmed it with a newly created profile.
1. Start Mozilla with -turbo -P profilename
2. start Mozilla -P profilename
3. open any website with links un a tab (my default), MB2 'Copy (any) link
loation'
4. doubleclick in URL bar to highlight existing text
5. chord (MB2+MB1)insert link from clipboard
Result: the highlighted text remains and the clipboard text gets added at the
end. Doing a MB2-paste or Shift-Insert instead of a chord seems to work fine
though.
