Because my prefs were getting trashed by the latest versions, I went back to
the installer version and reinstalled. I could import my saved bookmarks
file and everything in it looks fine and works, except that the personal
toolbar folder doesn't show up on the toolbar. It's there in every other
way. And if I try dragging something to the toolbar it doesn't work--it
stays blank.
How to fix?
