I think when Mike fixes this you'll see it marked as such in
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170638

Tha way I see it, on restart, this build reopens the browser at both
different size and location than that last closed. Dunno if that one is
a bug already filed.
