Mike, I was wondering if you'd be interested in some documentation that we've put together in the ecs dev group that look at some of the issues around where to put things etc. Some of it is pretty "far-looking", in that the ideas would take a very long time to implement in the system, but they might offer some solutions to how you're approaching some of the installation issues.
