Not a bit, and it happened again today. Note that this behavior is using 2.02, but never before Friday had I seen it. Before then, 2.02 was more reliable on FTP pages than Moz. Both Moz and 4.61 picked it up as expected first try, while with 2.02 it is usually a reload, as that page is virtually always in the 2.02 history.
