Running under eCS I d/l and installed IBM Browser 2.0. Installation went OK but when I open the browser no text is visible. I opened the Preferences screen and it shows black as the text and white as the background . If I type in a URL it does not display but I get connected and the site screen is OK.
I had previously run the earlier version of the IBM Browser. I had read that the old version had to be uninstalled. I could not find an uninstall icon so I started the new Install.exe and it displayed an option to remove the old version. I ran that, rebooted and the old version was gone. Then I ran Install again. Same situation so I then deleted all the IBM Browser 2 files and used Uniamaint to clean up the ini files. Then I reinstalled 2.0 and still no text is visible. No blinking cursor either.
