Whenever I reinstall Mozilla, I just do:
copy "c:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\bin\NPJava*.dll" "c:\Program
Files\Mozilla\Seamonkey\Plugins\"
copy "c:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\bin\NPOJI600.dll" "c:\Program
Files\Mozilla\Seamonkey\Plugins\"

and I'm running Java again!
