FYI: Autofill and Single Signon Bugzilla components renamed

Per request of the component owner and the QA contact, the following 
components were renamed under the Browser product in Bugzilla:

"Autofill" changed to "Form Manager"
"Single Signon" changed to "Password Manager"

The description of the components remain the same.
