The nsBeta1 keyword is being used by Netscape to facilitate planning for
its next release. The presence of this keyword on a bug indicates some
level of interest in that bug. Some of these bugs will be accepted into
the next release, some of these bugs will be rejected. Accepted bugs go
on to be prioritized and scheduled to a milestone. Rejected bugs get
the nsBeta1 keyword changed to the nsBeta1- keyword. The bugzilla
keyword page has a similar description of how these keywords work together.
