Some files, which used to exist in pics/, were removed, eg
http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvslog.cgi?file=mozilla/extensions/pics/src/csparse.h
"removing incompatibly licensed source."
Similarly-named files (except for case) are found in the libwww
PICS-Client:
http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/libwww/PICS-client/src/?sortby=file#dirlist
So, to bring PICS back in, a new PICS parser would be needed (in
addition to bringing the code up to date in general.) Is that correct?
