Trouble at secure site

When I use this browser, Mozilla 0.7
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; 0.7) Gecko/20010109 , I can't get 
certain info (like what is in my shopping cart) at one of my secure 
sites.  Using N4.76, I can.  Reason?  TIA.
