Sounds like a problem migrating your profile from build to build. There are
concerns about this in Bugzilla. I keep periodic backups of my User account in
case one profile becomes defunct on a move. I've always hoped to actually catch
the culprit line which dies but no luck so far. I've had two broken profiles
since M16 so that's not too bad considering the number of upgrades :-)
