Yes, those would be the correct dates. After the 19th, there was the style
checkin on the 21st that led to one slowdown. Something else landed on the 
23rd to slow things further. The style checkin was backed out on the 24th,
and that brought times back down, but with the 23rd checkin, still above
times for week of 19th.
