Yes, I can see this in 0.7 (currently I do not have a newer build).
An attachment can style the whole message and read it.
The style part you'll notice, if you view this with 0.7 or such.
To see the possibility to read the enclosing message, enable
JS for Mail & News and press the "Test" button (only an alert box
will pop up).

Is this all fixed now?
