Bookmarks -- imported IE favorites

Just upgraded to mozilla build .8 -- love it!

One annoyance is the Imported IE Favorites in the bookmarks. What is 
annoying is that I can't delete it. That is, I can delete it, but it 
just keeps coming back.

I use Netscape/mozilla because I have never liked IE. IE's intrusion 
into my browser with its favorites is irritating.

I can live with it, but would rather not.

Any suggestions on how to permanently remove it?
