The 'manage bookmarks' window recently changed css style reference, and so
some not so up to date themes are not correctly handling the new window.
Check if modern or classic work, or download the newest release of the
theme.
My theme 'alfred' is just updated to this purpose (and lots of other
tiny fixes).
