Actually, it does try to count those folks by noticing email addresses
in the cvs checkin comments. Note that this isn't the best heuristic
in the world, since it inadvertantly catches some reviewers too.

It's also worth pointing out that these statistics don't necessarily
answer the same questions that they used to, now that Netscape has
hired a fair number of once-independent regular Mozilla contributors.
