I understand that almost anything surrounding 6.TBA (whatever that
shortcut means) is under NDA, but
Please tell folks the semantics of milestones before (or at the same
time) you (or choffman) make people triage.

I just spammed people by moving a bug from 0.9.2 to 0.9.3, and that
after thinking and even asking which is the right milestone to set.
