Thanks, but I'm not sure if that's the one I'm looking for.  Your
descritpion is valid, but in the bugzilla entry talks about seeing
errors in the JavaScript console, and I'm getting nothing.  I'm able
to complete the form field, but the button to submit just isn't
responding.  I can't even give the button proper focus with the mouse
(TAB seems to work though).

Funny, because the is the only major bug in Mozilla that's preventing
me from using Mozilla as my primary browser.
