0.9.1 status update, bug list, and branch plan.

rough counts of the current open 0.9.1 bug list look like
~20 fixes in hand pending reviews and approval
~14 unknown/under investigation
~3 fixes that are branch only and a couple more that are ports fix ups.

Here is  the schedule.
-get those ~20 fixes reviewed, approved and checked in today.
`tomorrow morning we will attempt to do verfications,
  branch if the builds look good,
  and open the tree for metered checkin's

If you would like to be in the metered check in list send mail
to chofmann as soon as possible.   I'll sort out the order
tonight and tomorrow morning.

Get checked in today to avoid dual checkin's, but make sure
you test and review your changes!
