I only know of one site that uses the DOM prototype feature that jst 
just fixed:
http://webfx.eae.net/dhtml/ieemu/index.html.  (Try looking around on 
webfx; they might have other code that also uses the feature)

If you want to bang on the DOM in general, try using bookmarklets from
http://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/ at complex web sites.
