Not that I actually care much about this issue, but enhancement bugs
with "[RFE]" in the summary are easier to filter out when looking for
"real" bugs, at least for me.
Of course, since it's not inconsistent it just makes life hard since you
gotta choose whether to sort the bugzilla columns by name (to jump over
the "[RFE]"s or by severity, to filter out enhancements...
Maybe an advice in the bugzilla guidelines would help?
