AOL Links.

When 6.1b and 6.1final installed they toss 'free aol' links in every
browser, start menu, etc.

What I find interesting is the one in my Mozilla nightly is
non-removable.  Every other link I can edit from the Manage bookmarks
window.  However this link will not display the delete actions.  Nor will
it delete if highlighted and the menu driven delete option selected.

What is the cause of this difference?
