Trying to help track down a problem with Windows XP and Mozilla (and it's
derivative product) http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84937
The basic symptom is that it takes two clicks of the application icon
to launch the product. We are seeing this on some machines, but not all.
Cannot get a handle on what the situation may be. Hoping that we can get
more clues from folks who have seen this and can add to the bug comments.
