PSM working only under root ?

Hi,
I've installed laste version (Mozilla 0.6) and added PSM to it.
What I cannot solve is why te PSM works only ubder root.
When I try to use it under another user it freezes Mozilla and
I must kill it then.
I've tried if it's not about file permission but aftre new install
for anotehr user it's still the same song.

So I ask what I'm doing wrong ? Can somebody tell me some suggestions ?
