Anthony,
    You're right. Making all DOM properties default to same-origin was a 
drastic change (though, I would argue, a positive one). Accessing 
another frame from the same host through a "top" of a different host 
should probably be allowed. Please go ahead and file a bug, on the 
Security:General component, and I wil address this.
