Let me tell you of it :-) Bug can be exported and imported as XML both
ways (assuming Netscape IS is running a version of Bugzilla with Dawn's
XML patches.) It's currently used for moving Netscape 6.0-only bugs from
Bugzilla to Bugscape, but there's no reason why it couldn't go the other
way.
However, this may not solve any of your problems...
