Just a thought about something I've noticed with Mozilla 0.6:

It might be wise for files created in /tmp for file downloads to not be
globally readable, regardless of umask. The few people I've mentioned
this to in passing tend to agree, but some feel it wouldn't be quite the
'right thing'.

To be honest, I'd rather that files being downloaded were done so
straight to their final location as was the case with older Netscapes.
Having to fiddle about in /tmp to look at a file before it has fully
downloaded is a pain.
