How to compile in PSM with 0.7 source

Hi,

I've compiled 0.7 and it works, but every https site fails. Is there a
special option to compile in psm, couldn't find it in the ./configure
--help

Also how do I find the PSM configuration stuff I read so much about. I
have never seen it.
