No, Javascript->Java works in both IE and NN with no problems.
It's the other way, Java-Javascript that gets tricky (ie. need LiveConnect
with NN etc..).
I agree, Javascript is horrible.
It looks like I'll be doing some reconstruction to cope with the 'new' NS6
security model.
