PSM 2.0

I am trying to build PSM (2.0 I think) and can't find include file
prtypes.h.
The files exists in mozilla/dist/include/nspr but the security
configuration
doesn't add -I/<blah>/mozilla/dist/include/nspr to the compile line.
I am assuming that the dist/include/nspr path came up when mozilla
switched over to nspr-autoconf.

Anyhow, what is the correct fix for this?
