Well. I just searched bugzilla for '8073' and immediately found a bug number. Bugzilla exists for a reason. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110842 See if you have OCSP validation enabled in Preferences->Privacy & Security->Validation Try disabling it.
