Mozilla PKI is perfectly fine for commercial use (the license is
specifically designed to make it easy for commercial users to integrate
it into their products without having to expose proprietary portions of
their code.

iPlanet PKI is identical to the mozilla code.

Followup questions for this PKI should go to netscape.public.mozilla.crypto.

Note: Mozilla PKI is a security library with sample applications, and
not a complete CA (the iPlanet Certificate server is built on top of it).
