I need help on monitering web surfing

Can anyone tell me a way to track where my kids have gone while on the internet. Other than History and cache. I am using N6. It shows unviewable cache in C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles. They have deleted the History and I am wondering why. PLEASE HELP :)
